The grand opening of the Minsk Days in St Petersburg took place at the Komissarzhevskaya theater on November 10th,  in the presence of the Governor of St. Petersburg Georgy Poltavchenko. The cultural program consisted of a gala concert with Belarusian dancers and musicians and an exhibition of paintings by Belarus artists.
